Walking On Broken Glass

Unlike the firewalk, the glass walk requires a totally different approach: focused, slow, deliberate.

Walking barefoot on glass requires you to pay attention, close attention, 100% attention to what is happening at a head, heart and physical level.

It’s possible for everyone to complete a glass walk, the only thing that would prevent it happening is you.

  • Your beliefs.
  • Your self talk.
  • Your perceptions.
  • Your past learning experiences.

Some people go through life supposedly ‘multi-tasking’ but getting nothing of value done or starting but never completing projects. Some people are great at setting themselves goals, objectives and ‘to be completed by’ lists: yet they get distracted, side lined, sucked into the ‘next thing’ and they wonder why they never get anywhere.

The glasswalk is a fantastic experience.

Preparing the glass for your glass walk event is a long (but worth it) job. Once it’s smashed, we wash it x 10 and then allow it to try naturally. We then seal the glass for your walk. We only use quality glass, where some will use any glass, even that which is liable to shard easily.

Like all the other activities listed, the glass walk will teach you a lot about yourself. It slows you down. You can’t rush a glass walk.
